“I started my Crossfit adventure in March 2013 and before I committed to one, I tested out several gyms/boxes and met many different coaches. Some were awful and some were amazing, which is why I can reassure you that at Tribute Strength you will not experience an intimidating atmosphere. The owners are friendly, kind and very accommodating! I have seen Coach Greco correct his members’ in non-intimidating, low volume voice, which is really nice, especially when you are new, nervous and/or anxious. Coach Aimee has a big heart and a desire to help everyone around her and she made that obvious to me as soon as I met her. The other coaches and members are all very friendly and welcoming. This is a family friendly gym! This is not the kind of gym were you will be embarrassed or made fun of. You will walk in, perhaps a little nervous, but I can assure you that you will quickly notice this is the right gym for you. If you live near Woodland Park and want to try Crossfit, go for it! You will not regret it!”
