I found my way to Submit 2 Fitness in fall of 2021 because I needed a change in my fitness routine. A friend had suggested I look at CrossFit, but I always thought that was comical because I wasn’t one of those girls who jumped over buildings or picked up small cars. That journey led me to Coach Rosie and Coach Jay, who have been amazing and have revolutionized the way I look at my workout. I’ve had multiple injuries and surgeries over the course of my lifetime and have very bad knees. I never feel like I don’t get in an amazing workout because Rosie and Jay are so knowledgeable about muscle groups and how to make them stronger to support joints that they’ve been able to modify certain moves within our daily routines so that I can still get that full experience without damaging anything. They’re thoughtful, encouraging and really like family. I was going through a very tough time when I found them and they’ve helped me get through, I highly suggest you check them out. It is worth every bit of the investment in yourself. If you were ever afraid to do so before give it a shot during their holiday sale!

Can’t say enough good things about this place! I was looking for a personal trainer for a long time. It’s hard to find someone that works with you to reach the goal you want. I instantly connected with Jay and Rosie. They are not your traditional scary trainers. Yea they look like trainers and are very fit but they made a training plan that I was comfortable with and still managed to push me to get me to get even more out of this training than I thought I would! I’m so surprised at the progress I’ve made. They are also so flexible with scheduling, which is a great plus! Last thing I want to add is that they make working out fun. I am never dreading going to the gym, which for me and I’m sure for others is hard to find! Thank you Jay and Rosie! PS - the way Jay and Rosie work out the class and training schedules, the gym is never packed. There’s always enough space!

Update: After moving from NJ to the Bronx I am happy to say that this amazing Company, Submit 2 Fitness offers the best Live Virtual Classes!! You can train and get your sweat on with a Live Class!! The Best Coaches are still there with you guiding you through every move and proper technique!! With this current situation "Pandemic" you can work out safely at home with zero excuses!! Their Fitness facility is TOP NOTCH & SUPER SAFE AS WELL!! State of the art air filtrations system and sanitizing is Priority!!!! Coaches are Professional, Fun and Humble!!! I was so impressed with this gym-I’ve been doing Crossfit for many years, and I’ve been to a lot of CrossFit gyms all over the world. I travel a lot for work and I dropped by to see if they would let me get in a workout. they were extremely welcoming and very friendly. Jay and Rosie are awesome. Nope! Most of our members start just like you. We assess each new members fitness level. Then our workouts are “universally scaled”, with a different version of each days workout designed for every level. As you level up you can take on more challenging variants of the workout if you desire. Sign up today!

If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust.

You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up towards 5 days per week if you want to maximize! Sign up today!

We offer an exciting, challenging and varied programming which will keep it fun! The workouts are published in advance Some days are more strength focused where will focus on our lifts. Movements like barbell squats, kettlebell swings and occasionally some olympics lifts will be included. Other days, we may focus more on cardio & conditioning with rowers and bikes. Some days are focused on body weight movements like pushups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. Some days are a mix of everything. Sign up today!
Each class is 60 minutes and led by qualified coaches. We always start together with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles being used in the workout. The coach will brief on the group on the workout, the movements, and the proper form. During the workout, the coach will be guiding and providing instruction. At the end of class, we will cool down together to accelerate recovery and reduce potential injury. Sign up today!

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
