2002 I weighed 265 and out of shape, lazy and sick and suffered with high cholesterol and high pressure. In 2003 I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder. So bad I couldn’t leave the house. I needed a change, but refused to take medication so I tried dieting, exercise and meditation. Starting feeling better, seeing personal improvements in my health and physical performance.
I wanted to learn more about nutrition and functional fitness. In 2008 I attended National Personal Training Institute for 1 year. I then received my Kettlebell and Bodyweight certification.
In 2009, I graduated NPTI and received my Personal Training Certificate. 2009 Had abdominal surgery. Tumor on my appendix . had both removed. Wasn’t easy to get back on track.
Did research on prehab and rehab exercises. It helped me dramatically. Now I want to share my experience with others and help them get back on track!
