Coaches are always paying attention to the group as a whole as well as offering individual guidance to an athlete when needed during the workout. They stress doing a movement correctly with lighter weights and then let you add weight(s) when you have mastered the correct movement technique. Coaches really care about each individual athlete. Great community atmosphere a huge plus at Submit 2 Fitness.”
